1. Acceptance of terms

By using HeadshotAI you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

HeadshotAI provides an AI-powered headshot generation service. You upload a photo, select a style, and receive 4 AI-generated professional headshots. Results may vary depending on the quality and content of the photo you provide.

3. Payment and refunds

The current price is $5 per generation (4 headshots). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final. Due to the nature of AI generation and immediate delivery of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once your headshots have been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your results, please contact us and we will make it right.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use HeadshotAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
  • Use the service to create deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • Upload content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. The AI-generated headshots produced by the service are granted to you for personal and commercial use. You may use them on LinkedIn, company websites, marketing materials, and similar professional contexts. You may not resell or sublicense the raw generated outputs as a standalone product.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated headshots will meet any particular standard or be suitable for any specific purpose. AI generation results are non-deterministic and results may vary.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeadshotAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant generation.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify signed-in users of material changes by email.
